Well, the times are a changing that is no doubt and the theatre all around us could not be more dramatic. It’s hard to stay focused so distracted and drained. The news doesn’t get better, but we can. We can chose to think better thoughts, and do better each day, grow confidence and show our brilliance in ways that, perhaps we wouldn’t do before. Grow anew in this insanity, that’s a challenge.
We often forget where we came from and what we know for sure, we give our minds so freely, and lose ourselves in trivial matters.
My new favorite music is an old favorite Bossa Nova, it has a swing to it. Sometimes I prefer music with no lyrics, just melody and and rhythm. I encourage living the lyrics you make up, over someone else’s.
