Talks at Random
So I sent a prayer to a friend. I love my friend, I only want the best, but after I sent the prayer I wondered if it was a bit much.
I asked someone, reading the prayer I sent. They were put off by it. I could see based on the facial expression, that yes, it makes perfect sense a prayer being sent to you, if you don’t believe in prayer could be an issue.
She listened, thought about it mulled it around. Then I asked, “what are we here for, and what impact would you want to be remembered for?”
At the end of the day, I asked a follow up question. “Would you have rather, or rather not sent the prayer.”
She stated, ” in comparison to nothing, I would have sent that message, if that was how I would be remembered”
