Now a days, I find it easier to inventory what I eat vs. what a let go to waste. Each week is different and I have to switch things up so I don’t get tired of eating the same taste every grocery run. This is a great opportunity to save, while you eat smart. Living foods that are alkaline is the new black. Finding new ways to prepare food with great veggie combinations are queen, and I am here for it.

I like the mixed bag salads, tortilla bits for salads, and buddha bowl type dishes. The fresher the better. Smoothies or lemon water. I snack and peanuts and dry cranberries, cereal or peanut butter and jelly or fruit. No need to mega indulge, or stress eat.

Movement, it is important to go for a walk, get up and dance, or speed walk. Roller skate, play tennis, basketball, soccer, or just clean your home, there are so many benefits that comes with movement, so don’t get lazy, move something.

Cleanliness, keep your space tidy, it can greatly reduce stress. Add aromas, make small upgrades, if money is tight, add dollar store items and glam them. Love the space you live in, make a place for yourself to stay inspired.

Get up, get cute, don’t ever stop being you, push forward, create the narrative. Decide what you want to see when you look in the mirror and honor yourself each day. The days do past, and it’s easy to lose motivation, so be your own motivation and strive to stay balanced.

Entertainment. Diet isn’t just what you eat, it is also yourself talk, the music you listen to, and the things you watch. Don’t destroy your own peace by consuming materials that will leave you drained. You have the power to live well, chose it.

Prayer, to stay grounded, keep your relationship with God, speak daily in a conversation with the Father, give some of your time thanking God for all He does, and all you have. From activity of our limbs and mind, to the shelter God provides. To be grateful, gives us a love supreme.

Until next time🙏😊🙏😊🙏😊🙏
