December has been over for almost a week now and I am just getting to doing the mood board.

All month carefully curating what looks and style were inspired by the month of December.

From the beginning it is my birthday month, or should I say my twin brother and mine. I love to celebrate as much as possible during the sparkling month of December. I love the themes that go along with the season of giving as well.

Peace on earth, good will to men, is a motto I can get behind. It is a scam city out there, so those who dare to be kind are something kind of special.

I know, let’s talk about it. The budget had to be meticulously planned, not over indulging and everything strictly to strategy

For gifts I had a theme, and stuck to my focus and gave thoughtful gifts.
For celebration, I planned a dinner every week, and only tripled up during my birthday week. I did not have to shop for looks because I have the reward of curating my closet for the last 3 years.

Wintering in doors, the best thing I could do at the top of the season was to save to have my apartment professionally cleaned. It became enjoyable to stay in, watch K-Dramas, Fashion and Style predictions, documentaries on everything from painters to movement, places to AI and back again. To be on my sun porch with my plants gazing out on the sparkling falling snow.

Listening to jazz or classical winter jazz.
Making gourmet coffee at home, spending time including holidays with the family. It has been truly a season inspired.

Jesus Christ is the reason for the season, because his life signifies the greatest virtue of a righteous man who came not for himself, but sent by the Father so that we may be set free.

So style right!

Inspired by Day to Night pieces. Not afraid to party accents, a touch of cozy in every look, and layers all the way. Let’s see what looks like we have to fulfill the order:

Decor for the time indoors!

There is a whole story to tell when it comes to decor. The biggest story ever is who we are, what our time line is. Do we want to live online or offline? Do we want to host a dinner party? Are we introverts, etc.
Our home speaks to what we call a sanctuary, it should be our little piece of paradise, and in winter time we are forced inward, to appreciate what we have. I have some style tips, below.

Projects, artwork, puzzles, music, whatever it is we have time during cold months to go within. Warm up with the Word of GOD, in these crazy times it is ideal to put on the mighty armor of GOD, if you do nothing else.

Jesus Christ is the reason for the season!
This is also the season where we see Scrooge mentality, and incidentally it can pop up in anyone at any time. Allowing a sense of urgency to stress us out, and treat others poorly is not behavior reserved for the rich, mind you. We all can share kindness, and find something to be grateful for in our life so we don’t end up bitter and alone by our own doing.

Now I know January is here, more to come on that. For now, have a wonderful day, thank you for joining me. May GOD bless and keep each and everyone. Until next time!
