April has arrived, and while we are only in the beginning the month has already been quite the whirlwind. Earthquakes in New York, the upcoming and very discussed eclipse on 4/8/24, and we are only on day 5 of the month.
There must be some positive vibes out there, right?
I would say yes. Social media and our smartphones can be obstacles to personal growth as it replaced hobbies, contentment, peace and often overwhelms the system with messages that say, “your not good enough”, “the world is in chaos”, “overconsume”, “hustle harder”, and always “upgrade”.
There isn’t a great deal of depth, one has to seek it out, and go deeper.
Personally, I have found beauty in people, I have learned to give myself grace, and to question my actions over my perception of a situation. I choose to grow, and it’s beautiful here, my broken pieces, cracks sealed in gold. The imperfect ing perfect in a journey toward myself.
That is why I have love to shower this April, and as per usual I have some ideas, inspiration to inspire each and every one of you. I am happy to accommodate.
It is not to be perfect, but to be more loving to our bodies, our nervous system, our minds. To be invested in eat well, to think well and be well.
