Burn out, and how to avoid it
Over productivity..

The constant need to move and chase pavements looking for the pot of gold that can make us millionaires and billionaires.
On the hampster wheel moving faster, but not necessarily becoming better, just more driven can cause self estrangement. To move so much one does have to diassociate, in some cases that can include basic needs like rest. When we don’t rest we don’t think with clarity, make shotty decisions, and we become emotionally unbalanced. What comes next is poor diet, negative thinking and the inevitable downward spiral. You are not machine chose you.

Growing and recognizes one’s successes

We all are works in progress, and should not be afraid to self edit, be corrected, implement better routines, to be the best version of ourselves as possible. While I don’t reccommend looking back to the past to stay there, I would say measure your growth, and keep moving forward.

What difference can one person make

Love has a mind of it’s own, and a personality, I am learning how to love in this season, and it the most unselfish thing any of us could do.

Be the person you needed as a child

Still standing by the grace of GOD. With that all being said I am in preperation for my birthday Month. The sparkling and bedazzling December, the hard one moment of celebration is upon us.

Also this November I want to say UG we hit our numbers. We are ahead of last years stats for the amount of people around the world who has come in viewed, liked, shared, and commented on the post.
